Sarah Nance is a dedicated real estate professional who has called Montgomery County home her entire life. After moving to the Lake Conroe area five years ago, she continued building deep roots in the community she loves. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Houston–Downtown and began her career as a school teacher, serving students in both Spring ISD and Aldine ISD. Her passion for helping others and her drive for new challenges eventually led her to pursue a career in real estate.

Sarah became a licensed real estate agent in 2016 and quickly immersed herself in every facet of the industry. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate, rental properties, property management, and strategic marketing. Her natural talent for advertising and showcasing properties has set her apart and contributed to her success.

In 2025, Sarah earned her broker’s license and launched her own brokerage and property management company, Property Management by Sarah, LLC. As a motivated self‑starter, she thrives on growth, innovation, and the opportunity to serve her clients with integrity and excellence. Sarah embraces every challenge with determination and is truly enjoying this new chapter as a business owner and real estate broker.
